With one year
lease we require 30 days written notice prior to move out . At
that time damages are assessed and any additional funds for
damages will be assed.
Property
managements has the right to access the property with Residents permission to
make repairs to the outside as we deem necessary for the safety
and security of the house.
Mowing is
resident responsibility and watering is required. Owners
will take responsibility of yard chemical needs.
Repairs to the
inside will be carried out at renters request within a
reasonable amount of time.
No smoking
inside the house please.
